Current Problem

Currently, whenever an issue is reported, most of the time, we have to chase the support team or the concerned person who has reported the issue to find out more details about the issue. It takes a lot of time and effort which are unnecessary. 

Also, there is no proper format in which an issue should be reported. 


Suggested Solution


We have come up with a format for issue reporting and created a sample sheet on what all information has to be added before reporting an issue.


Some Points

1. Support Team has to add their comment in the format suggested in the sheet before assigning this to QA.

2. QA Team has to add their comment in the format suggested in the sheet before assigning this to Developer.
